Hi, new to this (currently free), viewing on an iMac (Safari) and trying to figure out my DJI M4P overview map options. I don't seem to have the same buttons and functions as I see in some online screenshots, eg.
- no button to switch between Satellite and other map view;
- no flight path tracing: I can see the drone chevron moving but without any graphic showing the route;
- no obvious way to remove unwanted icons from the map such as the many large battery icons which stay on the map even after unchecking battery notifications in settings.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Simon,

Thank you for writing with this question.

It sounds like you might be expecting to see the map on the GENERAL -> OVERVIEW tab. We also have a map available on the GENERAL -> NOTIFICATIONS tab—are you possibly looking at that screen instead?

To view the map without elements such as the battery icons, you can select the specific flight log and navigate to GENERAL -> OVERVIEW. This should give you the map you have described.

If you continue to have trouble navigating your AirData account, feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team at support@airdata.com. We are happy to help!

Best regards,
Teresa

Hi team,
Is DJI Pilot2 able to sync with Airdata? I would like to upload my flight records (DJI Mavic 3T) on it.
