Hi Jirka, the vision sensors may not operate effectively in low-light environments, or if the sensor is obstructed or needs to be cleaned. Also, the vision sensors occasionally need to be calibrated, which you should receive a prompt for in the flight app. Even if you don't receive a prompt, consider re-calibrating the vision sensors using the DJI Assistant software. Depending on your aircraft model, there are a few tutorials out there that demonstrate how to perform the calibration.

Best,
Trevor

Hi Trevor.
Thank you for your respond.
I tried everything you said. I was flying during bright daylight also calibrated everything more than one time, also I downgraded and then upgraded firmware. Error is still the same. Is there anything else I can try to do?

Best regards
Jirka

Hi Jirka,

You might consider reaching out to DJI for further information on possible causes and action steps. Sorry that we could not be of more assistance, but perhaps another user on this forum may have a suggestion?

Best,
Trevor
