Description

This message shows up when the remote control got partial or no flight data from the aircraft for more than 1 second, which means the metadata downlink had issues.

It is possible that during this time there is a sense of full control of the aircraft via the remote as well as clear video, however, typically the video gets choppy and the remote controls may have some delay.

This is typically an indication that the aircraft was flying in a high interference area or that distance was a negative factor. In these conditions the aircraft is at higher risk of initiating the Return-To-Home function.

If RTH is triggered then signal regained normal controlled flight can be resumed.

Once the RTH is activated and you recover the video stream, you can deactivate the RTH and regain manual control.

I'll try this next time it happens. It's happened 4 times now over the last year, and I've been able to fly the M2P back, land and power cycle it, restoring the link. I'm hoping this will work, triggering RTH to recover telemetry/video, and be able to continue on without having to land/power cycle.

Have this problem after The latest update on both drone and controller, have allso the latest update on dji pilot app. What makes me pisst that you cant goback to the firmware that was working...

Yes you can go back. Just install DJI assistant 2 and plug your device into your computer (remote controller/your dji drone/dji goggles) Then it shows you what the current firmware is and the option to downgrade. Hope this helps :-)

Hi. With the new update v01,01,0800 for the Dji Mavic Enterprice Dual i cant downgrade the firmware. Only do the update/Refresh. Il do a new refresh of the firmware to see if it helps.

I received the msg. in the flight record that communication with the RC was lost for 25 seconds. I was flying the Mini using Dronelink to fly a mission. At just about the same time I received an error msg. saying, "Camera Start Capture Failed". I was not using the camera I was using the video. Anyone have any idea whether these two are related and if so what does the camera msg. mean? I looked back at the mission and find no errors.

Estimados, perdí la señal con el equipo por un minuto y medio, la pantalla totalmente negra y no tenía ningún control con el equipo, luego del tiempo mencionado se volvió a conectar, el dron estaba en la misma posición, no activo tampoco el RTH. Al revisar el FlightRecord se sale este error. Algún comentario de que puede haber sido, todas las demás condiciones normales, el dron a 700mts de distancia y 50 mts aprox. de altura, batería en 89%, 2.47 minutos de vuelo. Gracias

Always happening on my air 2s .Since the day I bought drone , always problems with it , don't feel safe flying sometimes.

We got this issue right after updating controller, drone and an app. Has DJI fixed this? Or is there any turn around to this?
