Great question! The ability to create Standard Flight Reports and Maintenance Reports is available for both HD 360 PRO and Enterprise subscribers. However, advanced features such as the FAA COA Report, and the ability to create templates and schedules are reserved for our Enterprise level subscribers. Feel free to contact us at info@airdata.com for more of the differences between HD 360 PRO and Enterprise.

Is this available on my gold account. I need to create a report for the CAA for my operational authorisation.

Hi Colin, thanks for the question! At this time, our Reporting feature is part of each plan from HD 360 PRO and up. Please see this page which provides a breakdown of what is included with each plan: airdata.com

Can I bulk/batch download all flights in GPX or KML? I want to analyze flight paths in external GPS software.

Hi Larry, it is not yet possible to bulk download the GPX or KML files, but we thank you for this suggestion! I have passed it along to our product development team.

How can we bulk download our flight data logs which have been uploaded? We have over 2,000 unique flights, and as part of our data management, need to create an offsite backup of the data which has been uploaded over the past five years. Of course this is untenable to do one flight at a time. I would assume there is something akin to the Facebook "Download my data" that can be utilized to export any of the data that is selected.

I see below that it has been two years since the bulk data download was sent to the development team- surely that has been implemented by now. Where can we find the bulk download?

Hi,

Thank you for posting this question.

I understand you would like to bulk download the flight logs already uploaded to AirData UAV so as to create a separate backup.
Is this correct?

If so, please send us an email at support@airdata.com with your AirData account info. We'd be happy to help you with this process.

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Tom
