Hi Avinash, that's a great question. There are a few viewing options. To answer your question directly - no, the viewer does not need to use the AirData UAV app to view the live stream.
If the viewer is on the same AirData account as the person who is live streaming, the viewer can log in to the AirData account on a desktop and go to MEDIA -> LIVE STREAMING to view the stream. The viewer can also view the live stream from our AirData UAV Android app.
The live stream URL can also be shared, which is great for allowing people to view the stream who are not on the same AirData account as the person who is live streaming.
For example - I can start a stream right now and send you the link to the stream, along with a configurable secure PIN code. You would open the URL (in any browser) and see what I'm streaming.
Don't hesitate to send a note to info@airdata.com if you would like more information about our live streaming solution :)

Thank you for reaching out! To answer your question, yes it will be the same media player.
All the best,
Kathryn
If we have multiple streams can we view all of them in Airdata?
