This article provides instructions on syncing your flights from the BRINC web portal to AirData.

1. Log in to https://liveops.brincdrones.com/ and head to Settings -> Integrations -> AirData

2. Add the AirData Auto Upload Token for one of your AirData Admin users to the User token field and hit Save
We recommend using the Auto Upload Token for your Primary Admin user.

To find your AirData Auto Upload Token, log in to app.airdata.com -> My Account -> Auto Upload Token

3. After the connection has been established to AirData, flights will sync automatically once every hour.

You can also click the Sync Flights button to manually trigger a sync.

This integration supports the following BRINC platforms:

Guardian (support coming soon)

Guardian Station (support coming soon)

AirData supports both manually performed and dock-based flights, so long as flight logs are fully uploaded to BRINC LiveOps.

BRINC flights are automatically assigned to AirData pilots using account email addresses.

Pilots' emails with BRINC must exactly match their emails in AirData.

The Integrations with AirData page on https://liveops.brincdrones.com/ also allows you to designate pilots for fallback flight assignment.

You can assign a default pilot email to each drone on your BRINC account.

If a flight log is missing pilot info, any flights from the drone used will be assigned to that drone's default pilot.

For BRINC DFR deployments, flight logs auto-sync after a flight.
If the upload process is disrupted by a new flight, the upload will complete the next time the drone is charging in the station.

For manual deployments, you have two options.
1) All BRINC drones ship with an attachment rail to USB A converter.
Plug in a standard USB memory drive (or the included BRINC USB drive) and follow prompts on the BRINC remote controller.
You then upload those logs to LiveOps. Just drop the folder in and it auto-sorts the files by serial number.

2) Insert an SD card into the drone before flying and then plug that SD card into your computer post-flight.
If possible, we recommend using one of the more automated upload methods above.
